Uri Schechterman, Founder and Managing Partner- VSP was founded by Uri Schechterman, a seasoned telecommunications veteran with proven experience building international sales channel in the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) & Asia Pacific markets. Prior to founding VSP, Mr. Schechterman was the General Manager and Vice President of International sales for Net2Phone, one of the world’s leading VoIP companies.

Mr. Schechterman has a driven management style with a record of building highly motivated sales teams. He is a results driven executive with a proven track record. While at Net2Phone Mr. Schechterman grew profitable sales revenues from $2.5 million to $40 million annually in 6 years. He generated multiple new distributor and channel sales networks, and successfully identified opportunities for accelerated growth. Uri Schechterman holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University, New York.

David Morris, Associate- Mr. Morris is a specialist in the Electro-Optical, Electronic Warfare and Simulation fields. Mr. Morris, has 15 years of experience and exemplifies the art of precisely matching customers' demanding program requirements, with the specialist capabilities of leading manufacturers from US, Canada, Germany and the UK.

Mr. Morris holds an English Literature  degree from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.
