Uri Schechterman, Managing Partner- A seasoned telecommunications Executive with a proven track record. Uri is Results-driven executive with 14 years of management experience. Uri was the CEO of TNS Telecom where he managed and oversaw a team of 60+ employees in Israel, UK, and the US. Uri sought new strategic initiatives in new growth markets for company, resulting in 40% revenue growth in new markets, while stopping the decline and maintaining market share of legacy business. Uri overhauled the financial division of the company for better reporting and analysis, and conducted P&L reviews on all facets of the company, such as: Existing deals - factoring all related costs including customer acquisition costs and giveaways, and making necessary adjustments. Under his management the company renegotiated contracts with suppliers and carriers to reduce company ongoing fixed and variable costs. In addition, he enhanced company's technology assets such as: Improved billing system, an advanced Customer Service Asterisk calling and reporting system, advanced E-commerce site, and the creation of an automated inventory system.

Prior to that Uri was General Manager and Vice President of International sales for Net2Phone, one of the world's leading VoIP companies. While at Net2Phone Uri grew sales revenues from $2.5 million to $40 million annually in 6 years. He generated multiple new distributor and channel sales networks, and successfully identified opportunities for accelerated growth. Uri Schechterman holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University, New York.
